Order Guidelines

Thank you for contacting Earsound Customs. We are glad to assist you with your order. Please find the instructions below outlining how to place your order(s).

  1. Click on product and select your order choices.
  2. Click the ADD TO CART button.
    You will be directed to your shopping cart to check out and make your order payment. Once your payment is accepted you will receive two emails.
    The first email is a confirmation of your purchase. Please print this receipt and keep it with your records.
    The second email will instruct you how and where to attend your appointment. You can expect this second email within 48 hours. Please remember to take a copy of this email to your appointment.
  3. Contact the Professional Network Associate to schedule your fitting appointment. The fitting process takes approximately 3 to 5 minutes. Your Earsound Custom product(s) will be shipped to you within 7-10 days.

Please notify the Professional Associate within 24 hrs. if you are unable to keep your appointment.

The Process: How Does It Work?

Your Personal Fitting

Once you have placed your order, completing the fitting is as easy as ONE-TWO-THREE!
You will be contacted within 48 hours with the name, address & phone number of an Earsound Professional Network Associate located just minutes from your home.

Learn about each step here
Ears On File (EOF)

Your ear mold(s) are scanned and saved into our database. For all future orders, you will simply reference your name and EOF reference number located in the special requests box. Having your EOF with Earsound will save you time and money on all future Earsound Customs orders.
