Your custom product(s)will arrive at your shipping address approximately 10 – 14 days after your fitting appointment. *Please allow additional time for gold products. - Do I have to see a Professional Network Associate to have my ears molded or can I do it myself?
In order to ensure “the only perfect fit”, it is essential that you see one of our trained Professional Network Associates. Earsound will not jeopardize our standard of quality nor do we endorse the possibility of self inflicted harm to your ears. - Will the Professional Network Associate charge me for my ear molds?
No - Do custom attachments for MP3 players come with headphones?
iPod®/MP3 attachments and 24z are for use with your existing headphones. - Do I have to have to my ears molded for all Earsound products?
Yes and your ear impressions will be digitally scanned for all future orders. - As it relates to Maestroz, what are drivers?
Drivers are another name for speakers. - What is the warranty on Earsound products?
The warranty on Earsound products varies on the product. Please refer to the warranty information located on the bottom of each product page. - Which is the appropriate filter for musicians plugs?
Please refer to the filter chart and match the appropriate filter with the instrument(s) that you play. - Can I get additional filters from Earsound?
Yes, additional filters can be ordered for $38.00/pair. Please email info@earsound.com for more information. - What if my custom product does not fit correctly
In the rare instance that your product does not fit correctly, our PNA will assess the issue and remake the product free of charge.
